CDCP Announcement

As of July 8th, 2024, Elmsdale Dental Clinic will be providing treatment under the new Federal Dental Program (CDCP). There has been much disinformation about the plan in the media. The federal government will only pay a percentage of the fees even if you have 100% coverage indicated on your card. There are many frequency limits and not all types of dentistry will be covered by the plan. We will do our best to determine what the CDCP will pay towards your treatment, but any unpaid balance will be due at the time of appointment. Insurance coverage must be renewed annual on July 1st.

Our Clinic

We are proud of our office here at Elmsdale Dental. Patients are the heart of our practice, so it makes sense that we would go out of the way to provide comfortable waiting and treatment areas complete with the types of amenities you would like to see. We believe our patients deserve only the best, and our staff works hard to deliver a superior experience at every visit. While things may look different at the clinic right now we want to assure you, we are taking all necessary precautions to keep patients, staff and our community safe.

Insurance and Payment

Our office welcomes many types of dental insurance, and our insurance and payment coordinator will be happy to assist you in determining what type of benefits are available to you through your insurance plan. Payment arrangements for account balances are due at the time services are rendered, so please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit. We accept many forms of payment, including cash, debit and most major credit cards. You can also speak with our Financial Coordinator about flexible payment options available for major dental services including third party financing.

If you have lingering questions concerning the financial aspect of your visit, our Office Manager and Financial Coordinator are on-hand during regular business hours to answer your questions and address your concerns.
